Die Anleitung zum Einchecken war leider nicht eindeutig, da nur von einem Tor die Rede war. Die Anreise war laut Anleitung zum Nachbarhaus 6 adressiert, da am Tor zur Unterkunft Haus 8 keine Hausnummer existiert. Die Schlüsseleingabe bezieht sich aber auf das Tor vom Haus 8! Ein Ähnliches Problem gibt es beim Auschecken, da man ohne Schlüssel, welcher an der Wohnungstür deponiert ist, das sich selbst schnell verschließende Tor nicht verlassen kann. Da ist dann die Hilfe eines Nachbar gefragt.
