The staffs are very accommodating and genuinely concerned about their guests. The place is peaceful super neat and clean specially the comfort rooms, relaxing and the food is delicious. I can confidently say that it is highly recommended.

Maybe I would recommend one day meal package with payment options for their long stay guests because the place is quite far from the restaurant

When we arrive no instructional signages property looks like abandoned and the unit we choose has no ac which is not stated in their booking amenities, water heater not working, plenty of mosquito and they have no credit card payment service we have to use our pocket money to pay. Food is pricey and terribly bad. We feel scammed as they upgrade us to four times the price we actually booked just to get ac rooms.

Their breakfast is great. The room is clean, the staff are so friendly.

1. The staff. We are a senior couple, age 67 and 84. We are very well taken cared of. 2. The "bahay kubo." My partner, an Australian, loved it and said that it is something different, unique, and quaint. The ned is so comfortable. I pulled down the mosquito net, we don't need it; there are no mosquitoes. There are a total of 3 electric fans inside the kubo that kept us cool. Everything we needed were there. We loved the normal temp of the water in the shower. The T&B so clean and spacious. 3. The location. Very quiet, peaceful. At night we heard intermittently the sound of a tockay gecko, frog, night birds- they don't bother us, they're a part of what we want to experience! 4. The food. I don't know if i just made the right choice of food but every single order i made is prepared well, hot, and delicious. The chef is off duty at 5pm, so pre-order your dinner and it will be delivered to your kubo. 5. The river cruise. Just me and my partner, eating our free breakfast on a floating bahay kubo restaurant pulled by a boat. This does not come with the accommodation, but paying 1,200 is well worth it! (This price though, is good for 1-10 pax). 6. Value for money.

Not something that i really "didn't like"...but to some guests, it could be a concern: there are no restaurants nearby, and the place is quite dark to come home to. Just make sure that you are back before night time and already had your dinner. These things were not a concern for us bcos for our 2 nights of stay, we did not leave the place.

Great location. We had our breakfast by the river and did a river cruise which is really relaxing. Spacious and clean rooms.

Wifi is weak. We got electricity disruption for couple hours.

Been upgraded into Villa during our stay and my kids really love to back and book a stay with Virgin River Resort in the future
