Absolutely zero communication from the owners of to enter the property, after 3 hours of not only us trying but booking.com as well , we had to find alternative accommodation absolute nightmare

I can’t comment on this as we didn’t get the chance to even stay here.

Zero communication with the hosts, despite attempts to call and message on the app. No contact made on the day we were supposed to stay and sought help from booking .com who couldn’t get hold of them either. I can see others have had similar experiences and I advised booking .com to look into this listing as it appears to be a scam.

Great property clean and nice

Very hard to get into, had to knock on multiple doors and found what we believed to be our property. Owners never answered calls or messages even sent days in advance. No entry code given had to ask other people who lived there to open up for us. Genuinely appauling service never experienced anything like this, shame as very nice apartment

Never stayed here. Property owner cancelled booking on the day stated the property wasn’t in use, decided not to contact me and take my money. Spent weeks back and forth for a refund, left me with no where to stay for the night. Why have a property up for booking if it’s not in use? Waste of time
