"Exceptional"

La posizione dell’appartamento è davvero strategica e centralissima. A pochi passi si trova la fermata degli autobus, che consente di raggiungere comodamente ogni zona della città. Nei dintorni non mancano i servizi essenziali: farmacia, panificio, macelleria, supermercati e molto altro, tutto facilmente accessibile a piedi. L’alloggio è accogliente e funzionale, con una cucina completa di ogni utensile e accessorio, ideale sia per brevi soggiorni che per permanenze più lunghe.

Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento possono risultare un po’ impegnative, ma è del tutto comprensibile considerando che si tratta di un edificio storico situato nel cuore del centro.

Є все необхідне для проживання (на кухні - кавоварка, тостер, плита, посуд), для сніданків - молоко, сік, булочки, грінки, джем, кава, чай, вино)). Також фен, праска, пральна машина. Господар надав детальні інструкції щодо поселення (як знайти)

Дуже голосні кондиціонери, їх потужності не вистачає для охолодження всієї квартири. Важко знайти місце для паркування поряд, навіть щоб вивантажити речі. На ніч ми залишали авто в паркінгу за 10 хв пішки (18 євро за добу). Про туристичний збір нам повідомили, коли ми вже виселились, довелось вертатися, щоб залишити гроші.

"Stay in a convent!"

It was great staying somewhere different - a former convent. Comfortable room and bed. Communication was good.

We couldn't get a taxi back to the station so had to walk. We couldn't open the window due to flies and air con was not available. Not a big deal

"Superb"

Pleasantly large apartment. Everything available for breakfast. Buy a bread. A bakery, stores, restaurants and a market hall are nearby. 700 m from Piazza de Ferrari. Old town and harbor within easy walking distance. But Genoa also has a very good public transportation system. Inexpensive parking garage 1.2 km away.
