Very clean’. Was thankful based on the places we have stayed along our big road trip.

It was clean, friendly and, breakfast was great selection. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I got double charger paid on booking com and had to pay at property.

The Manager did call me later to apologize. Stated this gave her the opportunity to to some training .

The morning staff was very confrontational had no understanding the difference in a service dog and pet. I tried to explain he we not a pet he was medical equipment and he had to be with me at all time and I was told it's still a dog and ask to leave the lounge area.they were not willing to even try. This confrontation rude behavior happened in front of other customers. They glared at us the rest of our stay and complained to the other staff. By the time we left I was in a full flareup from my lupus because of this. I was headed to my sister funeral and the staff were making the environment hostile. I think what hasn't been understood is how hostile and public they handle a situation that they did not understand nor willing to understand other than it didn't matter they ran thr hotel and I was leaving or they were going to stand around glaring until I did.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful
