CYThe room was not clean thoroughly, drainage in the shower was blocked and the mattress was absolutely awful. We are 5ft5 and 5ft10 and it was not comfortable for two of us. When we mentioned how uncomfortable the mattress was upon check out we were told all the excuses and no apologies or thanking for the feedback. It's a student accommodation and at times can be noisy late at nights. The only good thing was the location and that's about it.
