Communication from the property was awful, they didn't answer any phone calls or emails, they kept the deposit and when asked for an update on the deposit they ignored all communication through bookings.com chat. I only found out the answer regarding the deposit today 3rd of Oct, the stay ended in July. The deposit was kept due to the keys being returned late, we were advised the locks were changed but when returning the keys the keys were checked in the lock and they hadn't been change. Why lie, if they had said the deposit had been kept for late key return fine, but in fact they said nothing no communication at all, we were in the property for months spending over £5,000.00 I really would have expected better communication

The apartment was well cleaned in an excellent location, modern and cosy. We will definitely book this again next time we're in Hull.

Odd bedroom layout - one is a huge room with two double beds (feels like a dormitary) and the other is a tiny single

One of the bedrooms had no window and was terrible and stifling. My son got ill from staying in there and it should never have been advertised as a bedrooms. Also the broadband don’t work for the majority of the stay despite complaints.

Not enough amenities in the toilet. I have been promised that shampoo, hand liquid and shower gel will be given but unfortunately no one came with this.
