No breakfast served during our stay

It hilly...tiring to go up to our room

Spacious and responsive staff

Room was trialed with ants crawling around on the floor. Bed was very squeaky

I got to leave at the end of my stay. Had a laundry service was outside the entrance

The staff immediately called us criminals because I had a guest arriving a few days later stating I won’t tell them and not pay the agreed extra charge. I also booked a 6 person accommodation which only had 5 mattresses and a bed without. I ask for a mattress and was told the kids must share. In what parallel universe must we share!!! I ask to show where I says share in the contract but I’m sure they still searching now and I left a month ago. Toilet seat was broken and got told the maintenance were informed. It’s still broken I’m sure. Old moldy pot noodle in the microwave ( literally grown grey green fungus in it) The staff seem to simply point fingers at the other staff to avoid being responsible.

The location is a few minutes walk to the beach. Convenient for a family, clean apartment

Kitchen area slightly warm, air cond cool air not able to reach

The air-condition in the bedroom not able to spread to the front dinning area, slightly hot during meal time.

there was not hot water the first night we slept in and they couldn’t fix so they moved us in another room and also the single matress bed was just put on the floor without bed
