Floyen Bergen City Apartments and rooms

Just the location, nothing else.

No shower, that was a surprise not expected, even if it was advertised before (which Im pretty sure it wasn’t, its crazy to rent a place without shower. Second bed was not done, WE HAD TO PUT THE BED SHEETS AND DO EVERYTHING. Third, the bed was horrible, had the worst night. Fourth, slow response. Fifth, almost 150 dollars for this place, its crazy.

It doesn't have a shower room. The information in the booking system was really missleading. In the booking.com web pagr, in the facility section, there is a bathroom logo with the bathtub and shower logo, and also there are additional words for toilet and toilet paper. It is not clearly stated that the property doesn't have a shower room at all. This is a fundamental things for us So we decided not to stay at the property and book another hotel, without refund. Additionally whe the rooms smells like a wet painting.

Location was excellent, a short walk from the station, and very close to the harbour and attractions. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the staff/ owner was easy. The owner came and found a solution to a few electrical difficulties efficiently.

The fact that there is no access to a shower, only a small bathroom with toilet and large handbasin across the hall, which is specifically for that room. The owner is apparently renovating the building floor by floor. There is also a steep staircase, which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues, but didn't worry me.

The location was so close to the funicular station. Walking distance to everything. A lovely freshly renovated room.

We were expecting a shared toilet, but were surprised this didn't include access to a shower. Inconvenient for a multiple night stay.

The location was great!

Misleading information, when reserving it says private bathroom and once you pay and it cannot be refunded, they send several messages were only in the first one say that there is no shower. The toilet is outside the room and make it really inconvenient as it is next to the stairs. You need to make your own bed and remove the bedding, for the price they charge this should be the case.

Central location, comfortable bed

No shower! How can you possibly offer overnight accommodation without a shower! We couldn’t do the walks/hikes because of this.
