Le cadre etait dépaysant, une terrasse agréable, un logement propre, très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Andrea est une personne très réactive à la moindre question et discret . Nous avons adoré nos vacances au calme ce qui nous a changé de notre grande ville . Encore merci pour l’accueil et les petites attention, c’était parfait 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Lutz in February and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The house itself is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The facilities are excellent and it really feels like a home away from home. Andrea was an outstanding host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. After we returned home, we realised we had accidentally left an item in the apartment. Andrea kindly located it and arranged for it to be sent back to us in the UK, which we were extremely grateful for. The village itself is lovely and very peaceful, with a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a charming restaurant/bar café where we enjoyed a few relaxing evenings, as well as a small convenience shop which is very handy for essentials. We were visiting for a ski trip and found the location perfect, with an easy 30-minute drive to Sestriere, making it very convenient for accessing the ski area while still staying somewhere quiet and authentic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to booking again and returning next year. Thank you again to Andrea for such a warm welcome and for making our trip so memorable.

Clear instructions, self check-in, parking, spacious and clean, well equipped. Warm enough at winter. With laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). Nice authentic house with wonderful views

You should have a car, because all attractions (skiing, restaurants, etc.) are a little bit far away.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet viel Flair und Bergblick. Berg- und Wandertouren sind direkt ab Haustür möglich. Zufahrt mit dem PKW problemlos, Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Die permanent bellenden Hunde eines Nachbarn sind leider extrem nervend.

Très bonne communication de la part de l’hôte avant pendant et après le séjour. Logement très bien équipé et d’une propreté immaculée. Bien chauffé malgré les températures négatives. Literie confortable, des belles parures de linge maison. Des cadeaux de bienvenue délicieux. Des produits de base : café, sel, savon etc. fournis. D’excellents restaurants dans le coin à 5 min de voiture.

Stationnement compliqué dans la rue. Toutes les places indiquées étaient occupées. Aboiements de chiens qui faisaient peur aux enfants, mais c’était pas dérangeant pour la tranquillité. Appartements qui manquent de luminosité l’hiver. On était obligé de garder les lumières en journée. Dans l’appartement Ostral les 2 lits doubles sont dans la même pièce à l’étage. L’aménagement est très mignon en L mais pas pratique si vous souhaitez un peu d’intimité. La chambre de l’appartement Luz reste froide et humide en hiver malgré le déshumidificateur et le chauffage. Beaucoup trop d’Ikea, un peu dommage dans de la vieille pierre.
