Family of 4... we really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious apartment. Hosts were very friendly and helpful

Apartamento viejo para lo caro que es. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor y no tiene aire acondicionado. El suelo de madera cruje al pisar y los vecinos se quejan constantemente del ruido. Además, no funcionaba la TV del salón. La cafetera tampoco funcionaba y nos dejaron cápsulas Dolce Gusto gastadas en la cocina, como si fueran de cortesía. La cocina funciona con gas y nos dejaron la bombona gastada, sin tener ninguna de repuesto. Estuvimos los dos últimos días sin gas (menos mal que había una pequeña placa de vitro portátil, porque si no nos quedamos sin cocina). El apartamento tiene lavadora, pero la tienen con un candado para que no la utilices. En resumen, todo muy cutre. Con el precio que vale la noche, esperábamos otro tipo de atención y de facilidades.

Praticamente nulla: dato il prezzo esorbitante a cui abbiamo affittato, circa 400 € a notte con un piccolo sconto incluso, non vale assolutamente il prezzo.

Evitate l’appartamento al piano terra: a pochi centimetri dalla statale, rumorosissima e molto pericolosa. Struttura datata, in condizioni originali: lavatrice non disponibile, asse del Water rotto, a rubinetteria anni 60, i letti sono Ikea primo prezzo, la cucina anni 70. Impossibile aprire le finestre per il rumore. Pentole e rubinetteria datate, sale nella dispensa vecchio e incollato. Insomma, dato il prezzo del dimenticare.

Indican que el apartamento tiene lavadora pero no funciona. Nos llamó la atención que no hubiera tostadora. Aunque lo comentan en el anuncio, es importante saber que el apartamento está en la carretera por lo que el ruido de los coches es constante.

Apartament very close to noisy street. Almost impossible to sleep alter 7am due to traffic.

The house is very large and there is plenty of room for a large group of travelers. The rooms are cozy and the kitchen is well-equiped. There is wi-fi, but the connection could be better.

The room is situated on the primary street and cars pass at all hours of the day and night, it is very noisy. The rooms were very damp and we had to keep the windows opened to air them. There is no possibility to park the car near the house, you have to park it somewhere else. The host sent a huge list of instructions regarding the house rules, but it was all written in Italian. The host was a bit too vigilant for my taste. The neighbours were not very friendly. There was no space where we could smoke.

It was a very comfy modern appartment in a historical building. The beds were really nice, just the right kind of firm mattress. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very spacious. The owner was very kind and helpful. Waking up to the mountain views was great.

The house is right on the street and as expected there will be some noise, but it was ok whith closed windows.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience and some things in the description of the 3 bedroom apartment are not true. • in the description mentioned - "The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views" - but there is neither an inner courtyard nor a quiet street. The traffic behind bedrooms window was crazy, it was like sleeping on the street. None of the 5 of us could good sleep a single night, I was waiting to get home sooner, we were tired from the fitful sleep. I admit that the guests who left good reviews slept with earplugs, we never needed to use them, but here they would have been useful. • These 3-room apartments do not have two bathrooms! - there is one bathroom(with bath/shower) and one TOILET, they are two different things and it made us uncomfortable. Also, the small toilet didn't flush enough so we used it only in case of emergency. • Torn bed sheet at arriving… • The beds have very hard springs, extra blankets had to be added to be normal. • Overall its was not very clean, when we moved out behind the closet we found socks that were from other guests. • everything is quite worn.

The host, Elena, was very supportive. She communicated very well, although we had to use google translate for all all messages received in italian, she allowed us to leave our luggage early so we can travel without trolleys the first day. the house was relatively well positioned for Cortina. Parking near the church was reasonable, we always found empty parking spots and we only had to walk a few minutes when we complained there is no coffee machine, she delivered a new one in the first day. She also recommended restaurants and supermarkets around. fireplace was a nice thing and we used it in most of the evenings. Good value for money.

the photos on Booking are misleading and this was disappointing for us. checking the photos you can see there are 2 different kitchens and 2 living rooms, obviously from 2 different apartments. There is no terrace or balcony, the photos showing these are from a different apartment and for a smoker was very annoying to go out and open/close 3 locked doors. there is only one shower for a 4-room apartment. same for ski locker, we didn't find any. washing machine was present but not functional. the location is very noisy, apartment is on the ground floor, bedrooms are 1m from a national road, you feel you are sleeping in the middle of the road. on top of that, the church bell rings from 6AM to 11PM. the thermostat was set from the distance but it was generally cold in the rooms over night. location is 30mins drive from Cortina, but you need a car for everything. In Venas there is a pizzeria, closed Mon and Tue, and one restaurant from a chalet, near the church. No supermarket, no place to buy even water in walking distance.
