"Beautiful house in excellent location, very relaxing"

The house is very beautiful, just like the photos, and can easily cater to large groups (from all items in the kitchen to seating areas to even beach towels should you need it). The layout of the house is perfect: the 3 main bedrooms are very spacious and each have ensuite bathrooms (3 with shower, 2 with bath), and the 2 'kids' rooms with bunk beds shared the family bathroom in-between them (shower and bath). There is no space to put a mattress on the floor in the 2 bunk bed rooms if needed (eg to shift kids between the 2 bunk bed rooms so as to split the girls from the boys if not 4-4). The beds had electric blankets and were very comfy. Wifi was very good in the dining area for gaming (less so in the bedroom apparently which meant the kids had to hang out near us in the end which was great). The area was very quiet and fairly secluded and we did not hear any neighbours (but there may be building noise during the work week as there are quite a few houses in the estate still getting built). The walks in the estate are very lovely and long, unfortunately we didn't get to see any zebra on our 3 walks, but got some very good exercise on the steep hills from the various rocky beaches. The host is nice and friendly; there was complimentary wine, bread, wood and fresh flowers; and we even got lucky enough to be able to check out a little bit later. Our weekend overall was really lovely and we would definitely come back.

"Rest, Relaxation, and Romansbaai Revelry"

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Romansbaai. The views are truly breathtaking (with zebra roaming around to boot!) and the house feels even larger and more roomy in real life than it seems in the photos. It was no small feat to find a space which our whole family would be happy with - but they were all delighted! Whether you want to relax at home in the pool or in front of the fire, or enjoy a visit nearby to Platbos Forest or the Klipgat Caves - this stay has something for everyone. The host & co-host were friendly, informative, available for questions and we really felt taken care of in the smallest details. THANK YOU for such a wonderful spot to enjoy our annual family getaway - we hope to be back in future.
