בגלל שאנחנו הגענו לשבוע ימים ציפינו לפחות לעוד מגבת נוספת לכל דייר כי לא יתכן מגבת אחת לשבוע ימים וגם לא היה שם שקיות זבל ולא דיברי ניקיון ואם היינו באים ליומיים זה היה בסדר אבל ציפינו ליותר

Art Borelli Vranski Apartment as presented with photos on the internet looks nice but reality is something else. The apartment could have been very nice if it was professionally done. As it stands now, it's not comfortable at all. Bathroom is nicely renovated, but what does it help as there is an intense stink of sewage from shower that seeps into the bedroom as well. Parquet that creaks when someone walks on it. There are 2 TVs hanging on the walls, but you don't get regular TV programs, only pay TV. There was no internet to connect to, we got it first the next day. When we complained about everything, we got a visit first from a lady who tried to fix the sewage smell, and the next day came lady no. 2 but she didn't fix anything, they tried to convince us that it is because of the weather change that it stinks. We have been to Zagreb several times before, but we never experienced anything like this. The staff tried to help a little during the first 2 days, even that they fixed nothing, they just stopped answering us.

Everything was perfect close to the city center. Comfortable bed and very beautiful apartment. If I come back to Zagreb it will be the best option.

For those who appreciate good pastries (and who doesn’t?), you’re in luck: both Boogie Lab and Korica bakeries are just steps away and absolutely worth a visit. Every detail inside the apartment felt thoughtfully considered. The bathroom was sleek and spotless, the bedding plush and inviting—luxury in the little things. Art lovers will be delighted to know that the owner’s artwork (I believe )is tastefully displayed throughout the space, adding a personal and creative touch that made it feel like more than just a rental. If I could live here, I would. This is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to savor Zagreb.

specially check in process is very easy and useful for the entire stay. having two toilets and high ceiling of the apartment are impressive. kitchen is useful too. location is awesome, very close to old city. there are full-lenght mirrors all over the apartment. there is a spare room for ironing and dressing etc. to have a large coat hanger, water&sand collecting shoe rack and umbrella stand are also useful.

the smell in the bathroom. not to have paper towels in the kitchen. not having an elevator could be physically challenging for some people.

The apartment is very confortable and clean. I felt good being there. It is in the centre of the city, close to everything. Thanks to the hosts for welcoming me. Everything was perfect. I am looking forward staying again in this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very close to all amenities and to the city centre. The apartment was highly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Very satisfied with the communication of the staff via whatsapp. smooth self check-in process. Hot water present, clean linen and towels. We would definitely stay again!
