Lovely cosy cottage, ample space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. Good downstairs space for relaxing and dining. Animals out the front were an added entertainment! Welcome pack was a lovely touch as well. Enclosed field was perfect for the dogs. Kitchen was well equipped.

A gorgeous property beautifully renovated and so clean. Lovely outside seating area and easily accessible. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable. Lovely welcome box left for arrival. Added bonus was meeting the friendly lambs and goats!

Excellent little cottage in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Situated on a small farm with great hosts next door. Very well equipped property with modern design, yet with some lovely original features retained, which adds to it's charm. Very comfortable & clean, with an unexpected 'welcome' hamper of essential food items. Great patio seating, with the use of a free gas BBQ & full sized fridge & freezer in the kitchen. Friendly goats in the central field of the property's driveway, along with sheep & chickens, so great for families. Very comfy beds with good quality bedding & soft fluffy towels. Extensive dvd collection, though we had no time to watch any of them as the weather was really kind to us too.

Hardly anything. Only very minor criticism would be that there's so much equipment in the kitchen cupboards, there's not a lot of space left in them to store food

Beautifully decorated accommodation, lovely bedrooms with well appointed en-suites and bathroom, smallish kitchen but excellently equipped with the addition of a welcome pack. Quiet location with nice outlook on to pet goats. Plus a useful seating area in the garden for nicer weather. Dogs welcome too. Would stay again!

The garage area needs to be completed but clearly a work in progress and had no impact on our visit.

Beautifully presented accommodation, very comfortable beds, well equipped, good parking, excellent use of a field for the dogs, lovely location and we loved the goats. Hosts were extremely friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely property, very clean, and plenty of room for all of us. Good location for getting to the beaches and other attractions. Welcome basket a lovely touch, as was being able to feed (and learn about) the goats.

Everything was spot on; very clean, bedrooms shower facilities were immaculately clean Kitchen small but very compact, everything you needed; quite location and had a good feel, ideal base, would definitely stay their again

Nothing wrong

Such a gorgeous cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome box on arrival was a lovely bonus - particularly with the little pot of dog treats. Really useful dog-friendly stuff like a towel to clean her off after the rain/mud. Beautiful location with lovely walks straight out of the door and easy access to everything North Norfolk has to offer. Kitchen was really well equipped for cooking family meals. Beds were super comfy too.
