Sehr freundliche Person für Schlüsselübergabe, alles sehr sauber und gut Organisiert. Ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man kein Hotel möchte. Super Aussicht, man kann gut auf ko larn sehen. Für mich war es einer der besten und schönsten Aufenthalte in Jomtien.

In short, the beach is right in front of you! Just watching the sunset over Ko Lan from your room's balcony is more than words, enough reason to choose this condo. Not like noisy central Pattaya, it's a quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing stay whether you're with family or traveling alone. That said, there are plenty of good and lovely restaurants and cafe nearby, as well as a serval bars perfect for drifting farang's night out. Rompo Market and Jomtien Beach Night Market are also within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy a taste of a local Asian resort too. However, if you absolutely want to Pattaya for more foods, drink and other excitements(?), you can get there by Bolt or Grab for THB100-150, don't worry!

According to another website for this condo. fitness room is available...but where exactly was it? I can't find it finally. Although the building is over 15 years old and shows signs of age in some places, but the room themselves is well-maintained. Not over extravagant but enough for my one-week hideaway.
