Great location and nice spacious condo. Good air-conditioning and the balcony area was great to relax in, all I all I couldn't fault my stay.

beautiful room, tastefully decorated and amazing location

only that no restaurant on site but that was not a big deal as just outside are numerous restaurants

"Peace & privacy at the beach."

The privacy of a condo with exceptional views of the beach & sunset. The solitude of the 24th floor with zero street noise, yet within easy reach of everything you could possibly want, or need by a short elevator ride to the ground floor. Dongtan & Jomtien beaches are literally mere feet away by foot & the insanity of Pattaya city is just a short ride on the cheap local transport options. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze by the very professional people handling the office. My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning person. Ooopppsss. Great experience all around & will return with 10+ friends to book multiple units.

We loved our stay in Jomtien Beach View Talay with Vlad! The beautiful rooms had everything and more with amazing Sea views. Ideal location on a quiet street 100meters to the beach. Super quality laundry service Ann Laundry at the entrance level. Thank you so much for everything especially for your hospitality Vlad, Elle & Team!
