We loved the location. We loved that we had our own rooms. This house has so much potential and it can be cleaner.

My sister and I are allergic to mold. We couldn't figure out why would sneeze so much while using the main bathroom. The window was filled with mold. The beds squeaked. The hvac return is none of the rooms and is very loud. There was no information regarding being locked out. There are no instructions telling us not to lock the bottom lock when exiting, or we would have to pay a lock Smith 140.00 to get back in. The green trash can was filled with trash. We were asked to put the trash can out before we left. Then we were told that there is a fine of $200.00 if there was trash in the green container. Thank God I took a pic upon arrival. Because I felt like they knew it was full and was trying to make us take the blame. The shower curtain in the other bathroom was filthy! The pictures are definitely not what we walked into. And that smell! What is that smell when you walk into the home?

House and garden are big, neighborhood seems to be nice and safe and it's close to everything. Multiple bathrooms and toilets. Plenty of kitchen utilities.

Either the pictures are taken some time ago or are heavily photoshopped. This house seems to have experienced some rough occupants because many things are just broken. One of the garden furniture sets were smashed, most of the lights and power sockets in the kitchen aren't working, damages everywhere, the AC only actually cooled the first days of our stay, then just seemed to blow warm air. Cleaning and hygiene were mediocre at best. There were dirty napkins lying under the beds, garbage scattered all over the house and gardins and one of the first kitchen drawers we opened had a dirty knife lying in it.

I really like everything to be honest. Its a nice neighborhood. The turf made the yard look great..the bedroom that led to the backyard was everything, and i was actually provided dove soap. Most places dont do that lol

I didnt like the fact that i was leaving so soon. There was nothing to dislike

The area is so peaceful and near the most important sightseeing at FLL!

What I had an issue was with the bathrooms, the quilts and the towels. I think personal hygiene is #1 and the bathrooms can be sanitized more. Especially the shower curtains.

The home is beautiful and roomy. The beds are very comfortable and It truly feels like a home away from home.

The house was very clean, but I feel like the 2nd bathroom could use some sprucing up which would include changing the shower curtain liner. Also, the shade in one of the bedrooms should be cleaned or replaced.
