A perfect cottage for a week long stay in Cornwall. Very lovely view from the balcony, which unfortunately we couldn't use due to it being too early in the season! The beach cafe just down the road was perfect :)

Perhaps a slightly bigger sofa for comfort but otherwise everything was perfect. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen.

A beautiful retreat. Warm and cosy . Amazing views and a very comfortable house. It felt clean and lovely the minute I stepped in.

The plastic Kettle ! Not keen on boiling my water in plastic and yes of course I could use a pan. I am being very picky but you asked .

"Christmas perfect."

The view is stunning. From the balcony there are views of the field of sheep at the back and the ocean at the front. There is a second balcony on the lower floor from the bedroom...this is an upside down house. Everything you could possibly need for self catering. In fact the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. The only thing I missed was a bath...but that is minor. Comfortable living area to relax in the evening with a decent sized and well positioned TV for cosy nights in. The beach is very close with the coast walk to Polperro a lovely day out. We loved our winter stay in this cosy warm cottage by the sea. Excellent communication from the hosts. Above and beyond.

"Comfortable stay very close to the sea."

Very cosy and comfortable. Great location. Much as advertised and seen in the photos. Great value for money and ideal size for the 2 of us.

Little bit tired in places.
