"Lovely stay"

I had chosen this property due to my son being in uni and living in the area. And due to the value for money compared to city centre hotels. Location was ideal, just a 15-20 min walk into city centre. Enough local to keep you happy plenty of eateries and bars. The room was very clean on arrival and had everything I needed. The room was also done to a high standard and nice finish. Just like the pics in the advert. I would highly recommend and will be using again

Shower didn’t heat up remind Luke warm.Towels provided to small. Larger towels would have been ideal. Also pillows not the best better pillows for better comfort would be better. Blinds in the windows as well as two large windows which just look right into the pub opposite. Which meant I had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Issues with deposit system link provided didn’t work. But got there in the end

"Fabulous stay in Cathays"

Location was good for me as I wanted to be a Cathays. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Only 15/20 min walk to town center. The flat was great; had all the commodities and was nicely done up and very clean. Nice and warm. It would definitely go back and recommend it. Good communication with the company.

The only negative points was the deposit as it took me a few attempts to manage to follow the link but the company was patient and help me through it.
