Lush Penthouse Escape with Rooftop Pool

It was peaceful and very quiet and the surrounding was great the views in the night time were very very nice. I love the pool on the top balcony very mind relaxing. And I want to say thanks to Nicole she did a wonderful job with the introduction and she gave us a good welcome to Chateau.

There was less toiletries that's the only problem I had

My reservation was sooo last minute because my bf and I wasn’t sure where we wanted to go but Nanda came through for me with the birthday set up. Liked · The location was excellent. Nicole was very nice and helpful too.

Where it got distasteful was when I was to leave. Booking says check out is at 12pm and they messaged me saying I need to be out by 11am. I spoke to the owner and she was okay with me leaving at 12. The person who came to clean was inspecting the place before I left. My partner had ironed his uniforms for work so he left with 3 hangers which would have been returned when he left work. The mesh at the patio was bent when I went and the fridge made very loud noises. They are now telling me I need to give them $50 usd to have the mesh replaced because it was not like that and they have videos to prove. It’s now 2 hours later and I still haven’t received a video. Bare in mind, it was raining non-stop since we booked because Jamaica was on storm watch so there wasn’t a reason to even go out on the patio. The owner and I had a conversation about me getting someone to have it fixed, she didn’t seemed okay with that. The washer and dryer were not working & you have to take your own garbage out.

The location was excellent the staff very friendly Nicole and Mr Ellis and the apartment layout and decor were modern

The pool was not clean the filter system was not in order and the pool area was not nicely layed out. No hairdryer or toiletries in washroom The washer and dryer were not working No garbage disposal chute .
