"It wasn't comfort anymore!!"

Location

Totally different experience than a few years ago, the front officer was rude, unrespectful staff, no luggage storage, dirty toilet, shuttle services not available anymore!!

location close to airport.

staff weren’t friendly, accomodation was dirty, no where to lock up any of your things which made you feel vulnerable specifically being in a 40 person dorm. 1/10 breakfast.
