The bathroom is shared (female and male) with 3-4 shower room but only 1 toilet (why :"))

The reception staff there is very helpful, overall are much better than I expected, I think if it changes the name of hotel to hostel than it can get better marks in general. So please don't worry if you usually stay in hostel.

There's locker build in but seems not work. may be very inconvenient for some people. One of the shower room door cannot lock and only one toilet for the third floor. But as I am not check in or out during peak hours, so still alright. No shuttle service as other travellers review.

24-hour front desk service, check-in at 23:00 in the evening, and departure at 3 am in the morning. There is always front desk service. It's very quiet at night. It's a good place for connecting flights. The price is mainly cheap.

There is only one toilet on each floor, and capsule hygiene needs to be improved

Very good, from the location, room style and price. I like. My studio hotel is my second home in Surabaya.

The bathroom has no place to urinate. Please provide it. And the glass door is very dirty. Not cleaned at all.
