close to hospital (we attended a baby😊), and close to mall Apartment well equipped

i have to mention that neighbours dogs barking all the time, even the whole night, but this is not the fault of the owner of the apartment. whatever, every filipino living in a village should be used to it😅

I like the cleanliness of the house and the location which is very near to the Mall and other establishments..

It stinky when you go outside the terrace. I think it's from dog pee.

Everything is a ok.

Maybe that stench when you get out of the front door.

It's super clean and comfortable.Loved theat tv is in the bedroom so we can watch in an ac room. Grace is very accommodating and pleasant.

Couldn't find the house right away.There's no st number.The Internet connection not easily accessed..Relying on internet for tv viewing but has no immediate load.Direction to nearest bakery or store not given.

Everything. It was just perfect. Beautiful little townhouse close to the city and not far away from the ferry terminal. The owners are terrific people. I loved it.

Nothing, it was perfect for us. The location was a bit difficult to find initially but with the guidance from the property manager we got there. Maybe they could re-do the address with some directions on how best to find the place but apart from that it was perfect.

Very near to SM mall, lots of sari-sari stores. Easy to get tricycles.

Neighbours roosters, dogs noisy throughout the night. Sometimes tricycles. Noisy building work going on over other side of the road, cement mixers during day. But of course, not the fault of landlord, but visitors aware this may affect sleep and enjoyment of stay.

The gracious host, the facilities, all great.
