Overall update of home, Outside and Inside is needed. The outside presence when you arrive was dirty looking. Inside needs alot of TLC. Fan in main floor bath does not work, several light switches and lights, not working. There was no clothes washer soap, no good cleaning scrubbies in kitchen to clean pans, just a wash rag. Rear sliding door hard to open the lower track was damaged, no screen doors on sliders to keep the bugs out. Kitchen cabinets were sticky in feel, we located several corners of rooms that were not cleaned good, bugs dead on the floor, we even found a pair of false eye lashes lying on the carpet next to the bed in the master bedroom.
