The chalet was warm, user friendly, plenty of space as a family to relax and enjoy, fire created lovely atmosphere and warmth. Perfect post a day on ski fields.

"A great place to stay ,lots of room and a nice setting"

The hosts had turned the heater on so felt very welcoming. The property had enough room for 7 adults without feeling cramped. Layout of bathrooms and bedrooms was good. Response to a couple of queries very prompt.

Only a minor improvement -Maybe a few more cups for tea/coffee. Otherwise we had all we needed

Very clean and comfortable. This chalet has everything we needed. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Drying room for ski gear. Great communication with owners. Would definitely like to stay here again.

"Great place for families"

Fireplace! Warm and easy to relax. Walking distance to the train station (good coffee there). Easy drive into town and close to the mountain. A lovely place to relax.

No flannels and no shampoo /conditioner! Not a big deal, but we had assumed these would be there!
