The location of the apartment is great! The terrace and the views are fantastic. Size is good for two people.

The apartment would do well with a little freshening up. Kitchen is small and works for some simple cooking.

Location!!! Check in was easy and the hosts were responsive and accommodated an early check in. Highly recommend and i would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to not like

terrace and view from it, irish pub in neighborhood, swimming pool, good communication with host.

maybe sun umbrella on the terasse would be nice to have...

Great location, friendly host and comfortable room with large balcony. Good restaurants and pubs near the apartment - the host provided a number of recommendations! Pool looked great, but unfortunately weather was overcast during our stay. Free parking, and close to transport links to city centre (or an easy 40min walk).

Great apartment which we would definitely recommend considering to anyone visiting Funchal. It’s located pretty conveniently in the area with plenty of restaurants and shops, within around 30 minutes walk from downtown Funchal. The unit was cleaned well, and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest advantages are a parking spot included and picturesque views of the city and the ocean from the big terrace.

Like many have already pointed out, it would be just good for the management to take into account some small things like providing extra garbage bags or toiletries and more kitchenware - something a guest would not want to bother much about while on vacation. Not critical, but would definitely help to shape up an ideal stay.

The staff and the location is great. Also the building has a really good pool.

the kitchen had evidence that it had not been cleaned recently, from dust on the counter, to stains on the oven, to a toaster in a disgusting condition., and the AC was not working properly. It does weird and loud noises when turned on and because the apartment was really hot we had to choose between a comfortable temperature or having no noises. Those noises happened even after turning of the AC. Also some non mandatory but nice to have details were missing like some kitchen paper.
