Bardzo dobry kontakt z hostem i przemiła obsługa. Wszystko zgodnie z planem i na czas. Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji: blisko do centrum, portu i jakieś jedzonko.

Standard na zdjęciach wygląda zdecydowanie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Niestety, ale czystością również nie zachwycał. Zostawione otwarte butelki z wodą, kanapa i karnisz rozwalone, w dodatku grzyb na ścianie i mrówki w łazience, gąbka do naczyń stara i śmierdząca (jakby z rok nie była wymieniana), co więcej rezerwacja była na 5 osób, a w kuchni nakrycia tylko na 4. Okna nieszczelne przez co w nocy było głośno i wydawało się jakby się spało na ulicy. Generalnie bardzo niskie pomieszczenie (osoby >1,8m mógłby zahaczać głową o sufit), prysznic niesamowicie klaustrofobiczny. Co więcej, w ofercie było napisane, że klimatyzacja z rozdziałem na pomieszczenia, czego oczywiście, nie było.

We had a great time at Barcaoili's Casa Vacsnza. Fabulous location enabled us to tour Catania easily and also make day trips outside as it is close to the train and bus station. The facility offers everything you need for your stay and we enjoyed the breakfast arrangement the lovely host made for us.

The property is actually windowless parter store with height no more than 1.80 m . If you are more than 90 kg it's practically impossible to fit the bath cabin. The flow of water is very low and the water heater is 10-20 litres. There's a lot of insects in the property. Mould and dirty walls and floors. The stairs to second level is extremely dangerous(we were with kid).The neighbourhood is like ghetto. We talk with host for those problems. He even do not come to collect the data and touristic taxes. After our complaint he try to extorts us via booking.com customer service. We send all the conversation screenshots to service department. I invited him twice to come and collect the money and data personally (because via booking policy is forbidden to send data and money without receipt via chats and emails). There's a lots of unsecured cables in this property. I am sure that generaly do not cover requirements for public renting. Terrible at all. Highly don't recommend!
