noticed got many ants on floor..just that..other is good

The location is quite strategic although the condo seems to be run down on the exterior and its car park area. The unit is well renovated and decorated unlike the common areas of the dwelling. Likely the unit is newly renovated with all the needful facilities to stay at a cosy place. The host is very friendly and very reactive to any request such as short of towels or other amenities. Kudos to the host in ensuring our stay is comfortable. Security is quite reliable upon registration.

Regretably the opposite neighbour of the unit is a loud speaking family with a cry baby in a child. Don't expect to sleep in longer since they are not civic conscious to others to keep the noise low in the early morning. Complaint was made to the host and he admitted there has been some past cases. The management of the condo will reprimand them to keep the noise low. The noise will be dampen provided the main door of their unit is shut all the time including the one you stay in. This is the only set back if we are putting up nights in a residential unit as opposed to hotels where you can asked the front desk to act on noisy patrons. Have to plan well in using the wash room if more than 2 person.
