Beautiful property with lovely views. Perfect amount of utilities and close distance to the town.

Nothing we didn’t like however would have been good to know about the NCP parking opposite to use.

"The penthouse that will pull us back to another Bath stay"

The stylish penthouse definitely lived upto its title. Excellent communication with the owner. Wonderful to have a car park space. Apartment is top floor - up stairs to the top floor. Its duplex so you go in where the 3 immaculate bedrooms (one has a most wonderful ensuite) are based along with a utility room and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are a great size. You go up an internal stair case into the most wonderful kitchen and seating area. Kitchen had it all if you wish to cater at the penthouse which with a hot tub and a wine fridge and we were lucky to have the sunshine meant we did use the facilities. The owner leaves a detailed guide to appliances along with lots of detail on Bath itself. Owner has the hot tub prepared for you and there is outdoor seating with wonderful views over to the centre of Bath. For shopping there is a supermarket near which is walkable. Centre of Bath to walk was about 10 mins probs quicker if you are a quick walker.

Good location with great parking. Spacious property and has a good layout. Stayed for 3 nights and managed to relax and see the top attractions in Bath. Good value for money.

Location and bathroom facilities

Poor selection of kitchen cookware and utensils, extremely hot on the first floor where kitchen and lounge area is - 29 degrees!! Fans were inadequate. As it is a new build with high insulation an air con unit is essential on this first floor to ensure comfort. The hot tub needs to be covered with a sunshade too. No lift to the penthouse.

The property was Exceptional ,Comfy Beds ,Lovely Lay out of Rooms , A very informative book about All in Bath,A Short easy walk into The Centre of Bath As A Group of 3 friends We all Enjoyed our Stay ,Loved the Hot Tub Too ❤️
