Giriya Amerta Hotel

Great location nice big bed that was comfortable and not too hard. Clean white bedding with great a/c in the room. Pool water clean, lovely temperature with nice deck furniture and shaded area.

The biggest thing were the stinky drains in the bathroom. Pool deck and surrounding walkways, stairs and courtyard needed pressure washing. Lots of mildew, ants and dirt that could be gone in minutes with a pressure washer. Some confusion with gluten free and trying to explain to staff to get items substituted on the breakfast menu was challenging. The room was sparse- no tv, no chairs or desk with 3 of the four walls bare. A little decor would go a long way to make the room more appealing. Water leakage caused stains in the room and while we were there leakage happened in the ceiling. The staff were quick to get it dealt with- thank you.

Very clean, comfy bed, lovely staff, tasty breakfast of my choosing ordered the night before and delivered at the time i requested, didn't hear neoghbours at all, 12pm checkout and no stress that I was 10 minutes late

I spent 3 nights here, I loved the hotel, the staff was amazing, really kind. The breakfast overcame my expectations. It's located not too far from Ubud centre in a really quiet and nice area. Really recommended!

This hotel located in an isolated location. Nearly 7 miles away from Central Ubud. We reached there at 7 PM. But There is no dining facilities in this hotel. The Hotel staff didn't help us for getting a cab. So we download the grab App. But none of the grab drivers were willing to come. So after several attempts we got a grab and he was very helpful 4 Us. He was our local driver and guide there. The staff don't know how to handle these type of situation. The breakfast they provided was excellent and the chef was good.if you r planning to take a room take a taxi along with you.There is no other transportation facilities in the hotel.The location was good if you r interested in a village style property.

It’s worth more than the price you pay. Excellent breakfast and service. They clean your room daily. Owner introduced himself and was very kind and helpful. He also arranged a scooter for me for a very cheap price.

The staff was really really nice, we really felt at home there and were sad to leave! The breakfast is also 10/10. The rooms are nice and the ambience of the hotel grounds was very great. The hotel is in a quiet area, perfect to relax!

You need 40 minutes to the city center, pool was a bit dirty, our toilet has leaked and therefore our room stank so bad. We were also the only hotel guests there. One morning they started to play music at 6am.
