Location and staff was very nice

Lack of lift and generator

Friendly and courteous staff, decent room.

Located on a main road subject to traffic

The room was clean , adequately equipped. Staff were responsive and courteous. The restaurant provided a quick and decent dish as ordered.

It is well and conveniently located but traffic noise is a side effect.

The staff was awesome, very helpful and cordial. The facilities were top notch. Super bang for the buck. I was very surprised by the room rent and the features provided. The food was top notch. Do stay here when in Dalhousie

It was a tad bit far from Gandhi Chowk but doesn't matter much if you have your vehicle

staff is super helpful and very sweet . they take care of a lot of the asks - from providing some stuff to the room etc. bed is comfortable to sleep in . geyser worked well all the time as we needed hot water since the temp was tad down

room was bit stuffy and could hear sound of every other person / customers in other room etc. did mention to the staff as well- wasn't able to get silence in the room much even early mornings cause of this . room can be kept much cleaner .

In Room no air ventilation most of time suffocating
