Immaculate attention to cleanliness Beautifully prepared food

For the first time ever - I genuinely cannot fault a single thing

The breakfast menu was extensive and hearty farmer’s portions. Certainly enough to set you up for the rest of the day. The bedroom was excellent with a nice comfy bed and extra blankets. The heating was certainly more than adequate and plenty of tea and coffee to enjoy. Nigel and Jane are excellent hosts.

I would be nit picking to say there was something I didn’t like about it, but I think the lounge was underused and maybe that was because it could have been a bit more inviting with softer comfy chairs where one could go and chat and socialise with other guests. It wouldn’t put me off from staying there because the plus’s outweigh the negative and I will be going back there in the future.

Beautiful house and location excellent

Lovely breakfast, genial hosts. Our bedroom had a large window with view of local countryside & hills.

My husband was quite happy with the mattress but for me, it was too hard and consequently I didn’t get much sleep. We much prefer staying in a B&B like this; the mattress is a chance we take compared to those found (e.g.Hypnos) in some of the chain hotels. If we’d stayed for more than one night I would have taken a sleeping pill

Warm and cosy, spotlessly clean, powerful shower. Delicious breakfast and the donkeys outside are adoreable.

Beautifully decorated and within keeping of surroundings, the place is just beautiful!!

Wonderful location, very comfortable well appointed room with a fabulous shower. The breakfast menu was varied and excellent with fresh local produce. Every detail was perfect, very carefully thought out. Would definitely stay again.
