Vraiment magnifique appartement, très belle piscine, bien situé et très calme.

The apartment was beautiful, very new, sparkling clean, as advertised. The pool was fun, just in the back, out of the patio door.very close to lovely Orient Beach and to the ferry to Pinel Island.

The afternoon traffic to Cul de sac is awful during the week. Need to time comings and goings from Marigot.

The pool of course was the best amenity for this property and the ferry to the beach with is a 10 minute walk to the ferry.

SINGLE WOMEN BEWARE*** The host tried to overcharge me for a taxi from the airport … $100??? Absolutely outrageous!!! He appeared to be friendly but clearly will scam you if you allow him. Got to the apartment to find out I needed outlet converters for US devices. This was never stated in the listing. The beaches stated in the listing are way farther than stated. There’s no beach less than 40 minutes walk from this property. No extra clean linens. There’s no garbage dumps close to get rid of trash. The washing machine only washes with a minimum 3 hour wash. The manhole in the front of the apartment isn’t secure and my daughter almost fell inside. If you plan on staying here don’t stay alone and rent a car.

Difficult to find, directions were unclear Could not access locked gate. Was not provided the code for the gate . We are English speaking and no instructions in English were given even though host sent message to confirm booking in English. Luckily a guest of another unit was kind enough to call to find out entry through the gate.
