Location for the train station, attentive service

The rooms very spacious. The Lady working there was very kind and helpfull. She really tried her best to make us feel confortable.

First of all, there was a smoking smell coming into the room. Probobly from previous people that slept there. The first night was quite bed. In the morning the cleaning lady tried her best to clean the walls and room and the bed smell got weaker, so that was ok. Sometimes there was some smell coming from the toilet, not super strong, but bed enought to notice it. The rooms need a re-fresh, from new room repaint, to new furniture. Everything was quite old and used. Definativelly not a LUXURY apt has they mentioned... The tiles in the bathroom needs a very deep cleaning. In between the tiles, you could see dirt accumulating from previous usage. Outside the room there was a lock with extra set of key. This lock was actually opened, you didn't need to put any code, and so anyone could access the key of our apartment. The security need to be re-look at. The owner was very kind and nice, so the lady in the front desk, but unfortunately the apartment needs a lot of attention. May i suggest also to put white sheets on the bed, instead of coloured...

Huge amount of space, great value. The host, Francesco was so helpful and attentive, really without fault.

There's no eating or kitchen area in the apartment.
