"Toilets very very dirty and broken, the seat and the flush was broken, we asked the staff to fix it we went out and when"

The property was very dirty, the room the washrooms the bed sheet was dirty, toilet 🚽 seat was broken, the blanket was smelly, we cannot lock the windows it was not safe.
