stay was ok. absolutely not worth the price (no gym or pool) new property so condition was good however some of the staff lacked customer service.

Great service and property!

Lovely property with friendly staff. Out of the way so don’t expect a convenience store near by or other restaurants other than the hotel restaurant. Service at that restaurant was exceedingly slow / took more than hour to serve our breakfast. Food when it arrived was very good. Plenty of marijuana aromas from guests which I didn’t care for.

It was a pleasure to meet the staff and management. They did a great job of catering to my needs.

Like the balconies. Hotel only supplied you with two small bottles of complimentary waters. In a hot South American country, access to more water should be offered.

Perfect place to stay in Guyana…

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and staff were the highlight of the trip. My only constructive feedback would be food quality. Breakfast was included and the choices, display and taste of it was subpar. My dinner experiences were also very subpar. Being so close to the market, you would expect fresher, local options with more variety, especially when compared to other hotels in Guyana. All my meals were either delivered, Giraffe Cafe (excellent on all levels) and Miami2. You are losing much needed revenue because of your poor food quality. Focusing on your F&B will take this place to the next level. Kudos to front desk, housekeeping teams and dining room team! Well done.

Brand new hotel, very modern and smart. Room was clean & excellent. The staff/team working at the hotel were were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!
