The owner is little rude and asks for full payment in advance inspite of having pay at hotel option , he does'nt confirm the booking until then. There are lots of interventions on visitors and use of resources. I booked it for my old parents for 5 days and the owner took total money in advance . The bed mattress and bedsheets provided are not at all comfortable due to which they were not able to sleep in the entire stay and couldnot vacate as well due to prepaid amount. Another issue is cleaning, in 5 days stay they cleaned only twice. Different policy for everything from all rest stays and even if you mention the owner argues.
