Regno Villa the Infinity by Nflix

My stay at here was truly exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with wooden amenities. The owner hosts me via whatsapp till the beginning to end.they are very kind and incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And the women who served me very friendly and extremely helpful. She always greeting and smiling to me. The breakfasts were so delicious and amazing. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to stay comfortable and relax.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hosts, very accessible and friendly, always there to help me. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. The food was really good - huge portions. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory. it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it!

Update: After posting my review, I have been harassed by the owners on WhatsApp and stalked on Facebook. AVOID!! Bad experience from beginning till end. When we arrived, there were no signs to indicate the property name or whether we arrived at the same place. There was no one ready to welcome us at the property and there were no welcome drinks like at other properties. We eventually got to our room, but as soon as we wanted to leave for dinner, a woman was waiting to accost us about the payment. No hello, or is your room okay. Just payment. We asked about card payment as the property stated on booking.com that they take visa, but they wanted cash. The woman didn't speak English very well so we had to have a conversation over the phone with the daughter who was actually quite pleasant and polite and we agreed to do a bank transfer the next day at breakfast. Fast forward to breakfast, I stood up to go to the toilet and not a moment later, the woman again asked about the payment this time ready with a card machine. We hadn't even finished the breakfast properly before being accosted yet again as if we were going to run off or something. Just very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience throughout and couldn't wait to leave. The room itself had a toilet covered in hair, the bathroom floor also with big clumps of hair near the drain. The design of the bathroom was weird as well with the toilet in between the shower and drain. Every time we showered, the toilet and sink was covered in water and didn't drain properly as tiles were improperly installed. It was just wet throughout our stay. The balcony was full of ants so basically unusable and some had come into the room. No toiletries or toilet paper either. When we asked about toilet paper, very uncomfortable conversation and had to talk to the daughter on the phone again.

Clean, comfortable room with a/c, delicious breakfast, close to train station, not in a very touristy area, kind helpful staff

Owners leaving on a long holiday, and expecting a lady to look after the hotel and visitors on her own. Bathroom needed towel rails and toilet roll holder Breakfast was basic need to update.,

Free wifi and good sized bed, tv worked

Mouldy smell, mosquitoes in the room, hot water not working and couldn’t be fixed, didn’t have any dinner options the day we arrived

A good location close to the Buddhist Temple 'Rankoth Viharaya' with its wonderful murals. Well worth the visit. Supini and her husband were kind, friendly and super helpful, much appreciated, and Pushpa cooked a delicious breakfast. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Also, just a short walk to a market, and a local bakers offering a range of really tasty bread ... freshly made on site.

Super friendly staff, they responded to every request we had. Good location, close to all amenities. Nice rooms and comfortable beds.
