amazing views and facilities, comfortably fitted 6 of us. felt very safe and clean, would book again.

it got very hot when we went (mid june) but we found fans to keep us cool. Also only had 1 key which wasn’t a problem for us as we stayed together, but may be inconvenient for those who want to split up.

The space was okay

The space was okay but the location was absolutely dreadful the beds in the main room was so uncomfortable it really hurt my back I had to go get pain killers for it the electric went off on the first night trying to get thru to someone took some time as no one was getting back to me I did have some small kids was was very frightened I had to go buy bleach and fairly liquid to clean the plates and cup and cutlery and they was left over food on the fork and knife it was very scary going out and in as it was all dark we had to find the main switch board so we got told as we found it they was all live eclectic wires they very unsafe the fuse box in the apartment was black like it had been already burnt out they was no parking so it was hassle try to park every day we was they for a boxing show and we all just dreaded coming back but we had no we’re else to go it took over a hour for the lad to actually come and meet us they was a dog across from us and it never stop barking day and night hardly did get any sleep but on the website said they was no pets in the apartment the neighbours was very aggressive and angry as we was English my kids was really scared

The location was perfect - within walking distance of the Sport Pavilion that hosted our event. The property was clean & spacious.

The manager called us 5 minutes before we were to meet to get the keys to say he would be 35 minutes late. I told him we were going to be late to an event. He called back to say he could be there in 15 minutes. Ultimately, he left us standing in the pouring rain for 40 minutes before he arrived!! The beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed in November & there was no heat, except for one tiny portable heater, which obviously couldn’t heat all 3 bedrooms! When I contacted the manager to ask about this, he said there was no central heat in the building and that the electrical system could only sustain 1 heater before it would blow! He suggested giving my children extra blankets for the night…
