We hadden een ruimte beneden dichtbij het zwembad in de beschutting van de tropische bomen en planten. Het was een heerlijke plek om na het bezoeken van de drukke stad af te kunnen koelen en relaxen.

Tout était parfait, conforme aux photos. Le personnel était très disponible.

Alles was geweldig. Prachtige locatie tussen het groen met schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. En super behulpzaam en lief personeel.

Prima hotel. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Maar dat is vrij normaal in Laos. Het was er goed schoon. En het ontbijt prima. De werknemers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hôtel propre et bien situé, avec piscine dans le patio. Les chambres donnes vues sur la piscine. L’accueil est parfait

Close to night market as well as a nice rooftop bar opposite and a very good pizza restaurant a few doors up. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful - one man especially was very smiley and we appreciated his warmth.

The hotel is looking run down and has not been maintained since being built. It was probably amazing in its day but no longer - cracks in plaster work around the pool, tiles missing in pool, once white walls now stained with damp. On arrival our bathroom smelt strongly of urine, this was addressed but the smell returned. The rooms are dark and parts were grubby however the bedsheets and towels were clean. Staff sat around the pool area looking bored in the afternoon and were not particularly friendly. Truthfully I counted down the hours to leave.
