"Lovely getaway for a family vacation."

This is a beautiful place! Our balcony overlooked the ocean and river, where a few American crocodiles live! Everything was spotless, the pools were wonderful and service terrific all around.

"All in all, you could probably find a better place to stay with a nicer host."

It was a good location with a great view and the Grand Venetian restaurant staff was very nice.

The owner was disorganized and a poor communicator. We also found out via talking to other condo owners at the pool that our short stay (3 days) was actually not legal through the condo HOA, which made us nervous to ask any questions of anybody who worked at the property. After being given permission for an 11 o’clock check out, the maid arrived at 10:15 and we were bombarded with calls and messages by the owner telling us we needed to leave and were threatened with extra charges. You would think there would be some kind of apology or accountability but you’d be wrong. If you arrive and there is no drinking water, know that you can call a local property manager to order some which is not an explicit offer and had us carrying back heavy water from the grocery store in 80% humidity.

beautiful and well maintained and the restaurant was fabulous!! no one got ill and we ate most of our meals on site. great selection of seafood and Mexican food!!

This unit has amazing views, gym, pools, location near great shopping and absolutely safe, private and quiet. The kitchen and bath are well stocked. The linens are pretty and new. The condo was immaculate!

The only thing I didn't like was leaving. I had a lovely stay.
