Cozy Studio Apartment in Sheffield

It was a tidy flat. Shower stuff and tea bags/ coffee were available. Instructions were easy to gain access and the property itself felt secure and safe.

It was very noisy, you could hear people in the flats nearby. No bottom sheet was provided for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was stained and the on street parking is not free as advertised, its permit holders only and at certain times is free, which is misleading.

Property smelt of damp (photos show damp patches above bed) Bed was uncomfortable, impractically placed surrounded by 3 walls and rattled. There was insufficient bedding and no towel for 3rd guest. A light for the ventilation illuminated the room all night. Parking was not available as advertised. The property was not “brand new” as listed and showed signs of wear and tear ( bathroom door did not close properly and toilet seat was broken). We checked out after the first night and booked in to a Premier Inn for a good nights sleep.

The apartment was suitable for a maximum of three adults. It was clean and comfortable. Facilities provided were sufficient for a short stay.
