Cozy Studio Apartment in Sheffield

The apartment smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The toilet flush was broken and kept sticking you had to manually fix. The toilet seat was loose. Had to phone a number 3 times to get details of how to get in. No details of what to do when leaving.

Had everything needed, good location. Hosts were very good and easy to contact

Bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress

Decent size and amenities

The front door wouldn’t lock from the inside which felt unsafe.

Easily accessible, great host, great location and very comfy little studio apartment.

Nothing much had an issue with the door handles but contacted the host.

Appears that owner has taste with nice furnishings, Sadly that is where it ends

Plastic liner on built in bed very uncomfortable, hair and large clump of debris fell out from top of bed. Used makeup pads and contact lenses packaging in bathroom drawer. Electric fire not secured to wall and smoke alarm removed from main room with wire hanging out. Consistent banging noise from tenant above. Dirty windows. Spent some time only to find out that no ariel is connected to the television and TV is through the old slow access point that consistently drops out. I suspect from the whole building data network that this property is probably one of many rentals in the block and the price for over night stay would have been better reflected for around £40 a night. The room is suitable for a single student general the communal areas are scruffy this was not a comfortable experience.
