Prince Castle Service Apartments -4BHK

Highly recommended. We stayed at Prince Castle Serviced Apartment for 4 nights and we had been in touch with Akhtar bhai for almost a month before we arrived in Hyderabad. He is very polite and helpful manager. Had assisted us with all our queries regarding sight seeing around the city, booking vehicle, etc We arrived late night and he was there at 2am to receive us. The apartment is spacious, neat and clean. The area is also peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped and all amenities like AC, fridge, microwave, gas, TV, hot water geyser, Wifi are all provided. The cleaning lady is also prompt and very sweet. Zomato/ Swiggy services this place easily. Location is close to all key places of visit Akhtar bhai and Prince Castle is highly recommended.

Just one thing - the doors of the 2 bedrooms inside need to be fixed as they do not close fully and cannot be locked. Also Google maps shows a longer route through a kachcha road which needs to be corrected

Rooms are clean, spacious, have wardrobes, the kitchen has necessary utensils, and the overall facility is good for a family stay, there is a need for a washing machine for cleaning the clothes.

The location of the property is not good, it is situated in a lane, connecting roads are not in a good condition, far from market & restaurant, only a small grocery shop nearby, Wifi connection in the room is weak, Water from the taps in washrooms are leaking at least in 2 bathrooms, due to that floors of the bathroom becoming wet and slippery, though the problems is in the knowledge of the owner but not rectified. The housekeeping staff is not professional, the family of a house maid resides in the building, who also do the cleaning of the flat but during my three day stay, once she came to clean the dustbins, floors are not wiped even once, bedsheet/ housekeeping were not done, on 3rd day at 9.00 PM, the owner was insisting for housekeeping, which I refused. Reaching the property through the GPS location is not easy, Swiggy & Domino's delivery man took more than normal time to reach there. There is no facility for making payment of rent through Credit/ Debit card, the owner is taking payment through UPI transfer in a SB account in his personal name. The owner is very polite and friendly, he offered to drop me at the airport in his personal vehicle but due to his late arrival, it could not be used.

The apartment is excellent, and the location is very peaceful, with parking available beside the apartment. Thanks to the owner who's very helpful and he provides everything in the apartment and I guess everybody will feel staying in their own house...

I only have good words to describe our stay at Prince castle. The 4bhk apartment was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bedrooms were spacious and had wardrobes, hall and dining area with lots of seating space, water aquagard that provides all normal, cold and hot water, refrigerator and kitchen with all the utensils you may need. The local shop just below the stay has all the groceries. The sight seeing places like charminar, zoological park, chowmahalla palace are all nearby. Cabs are easily accessible for transport. Moreover our host Akhtar provided us with first class hospitality. He was just a call away to address any of our queries and concerns and also provided us with all the information we would need to plan our sightseeing days. He also helped us to arrange transport to Ramoji film city. I would really recommend this stay for anyone who wants to visit with big group of friends or family. Really had a wonderful stay!
