Location, location, location. A very proactive and approachable host. They were kind to even put a fan int he room as when I stayed it was steaming in London! So thanks for everything Tom.

The access/steps up to the flat may be a bit much for anyone with walking difficulties or with lots of luggage. The noise, well, it is a London flat after all so you can hear the neighbours. However the location and cleanliness makes up for it :-)

The host, Tom, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any requests. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and only a 5-minute walk to the tube station

We bought and cooked our own. Cleaners need to be taken for courses in customer service. Plus some of them are down right rude and need to apologise with flowers from management and two free nights on the house! Considering we spend a great deal on your accommodation me and Malley my fiancé. That would go a long way in helping with repeat custom. Thank you for asking. Jacqueline. From a professional point of view having worked in Retail in management... like it or not the customer is always right. And we have not been rude.Inspite of this, just wanted to point out issue's about breakfast . And one cleaner wanting to keep us out of the kitchen and using it! Why is the cleaner in one place in Northolt allowed to behave in this manner. Why are they living in the same place as the paying guests? On my bad days and I had many due to illness, I couldn't take that to work. I smiled put my problems to the back of my mind and went to my job in Central London in retail fashion, winning many customers over, some became friends and others left gifts on my day off to say thank you for your service above and beyond. Chek in time needs to be brought forward to 2pm and check out time to 2pm.

The flat was spotless and smelled nice upon arrival. The hosts clearly made some extra effort for cleanliness and general comfort. The location is amazing. It only took me about 15 minutes to arrive from Heathrow. The center is around 10 minutes away. There is plenty of shops / cafes and a big shopping center nearby. The flat has all the appliances / material if you prefer to cook independently. The host was very responsive and gave me a few recommendations for my stay. Highly recommend!
