"My worst Nightmare!"

I Had a terrible experience, i slept outside a shop in the frosty night, and I want my full money refunded!!!

"Deceiving images on listing! Unclean, dirty overall a terrible stay."

Nothing… Nothing like the apartment as shown in the images to start with! False advertisement.

Filthy, unclean, not the same apartment as in the images. Had to chase for access codes.

Nothing !! Bad Bad Bad

Nightmare booked online contacted them straight away for check in details no response.I travelled over 2 hours once I arrived. I called the number 11 times no answer. messaged again on booking.com for her to tell me we have double booked. Appalling communication. If they had responded when I first messaged I wouldn't have wasted money on trains and taxis etc.
