Property was overall okay. All staff were pretty strict with determining who can use some facilities and who can’t, we stayed 8 nights and not aware that facilities usage are limited so we are only able to use the kiddie pool and lagoon pool next to it. My husband has twice used the old fitness centre from our tower.

I can only suggest they improve on having good communication- be honest with advertisement facilities/ send email or message with details and dint leave the guest guessing on what to do). 1.) we were disappointed that our name is not listed yet as guest on the computer database of the guard lobby despite confirming the payment a couple of days ago, guard was not willing to help and just keep repeating that my name is not on his computer and that i have to sort it our directly with the agent, i’ve asked for his help to use his phone to call the agent (i dont have philippine simcard yet so i have no way to access internet) he said no. Asked to use his landline phone to call the agent (he said no) and finally asked to send email to the agent on my behalf and he said no.. i had to beg 3 different people passing by to use their mobile phones just to call the agent and after 3 phone calls it was sorted. No one meet us the st the lobby to ensure smooth check in as it was advertised.. we waited for about half an hour with our 3 big luggage s and 3 yrs old baby just standing at the lobby guard as he didnt even offer for a seat- also we were in assumption that for 8days we will be toiletries as it was advertised “free toiletries” agent said no free toiletries so we had to go out look nearest shopping mall to buy shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc.. even toilet tissue we had to send message to agent to ask for toilet tissue..
