No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, loud noises or events anywhere on the premises (indoors nor outdoors), no food in the bedrooms. $100 minimum fee per violation if discovered. You must check out by 11AM. If the Cleaners have to wait for the room to be vacated, they will charge us and we will bill you $25 per hour of delay. Only the guests registered during booking may stay. No other overnight guests allowed. If additional guests are discovered, a charge of $15 per person per night will be billed to you. Please clean up after yourself. Before you checkout, please load the dishes you used into dishwasher and start cleaning cycle. If any dirty kitchen ware is left behind, we will have to pay the cleaners, and will in turn bill you $25 to clean up after you. Park on driveway right outside garage. Parking on the street is not allowed on weekdays 8am - 4pm and you will be ticketed by the city if you do. One (1) security monitoring camera on site. Placed outside the house in the porch, watching the front door. No other cameras. In summer do not set AC to cooler than 69F.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"The house was warm, there was hot water 24/7 and the beds were super comfortable!"

The location was terrific and indeed serene!

Everything was super cozy, and we loved the nature surrounding the house! The pool, though, was at a 3-minute walking distance.

The accessibility to where we wanted to be was excellent and convenient.

For whatever reason, some of it maybe my phone, I would of like to known about taking the trash and recyclables out for Thursday Morning and Sunday Morning linens. I only say this if I knew sooner we would have taken care of this for the owner.

The location was perfect for our purpose of the trip near Triangle Aquatic Center. We also loved that there were several good restaurants and grocery store nearby.

A very well organized and spacious property. Easy to clean and pack when you’re done, and very accommodating for the group we brought. definitely rate the property at 10 out of 10 I would also recommend this property to anyone.
