The uncomfortable futon. We were a party of 5. With such spacious living room, the sofa should be a sleeper to accommodate for larger group.

Was fairly clean but could use more repairs, burns in floor in bathroom and baseboard heater falling apart in main bedroom.

Very thin walls! Could hear everything other unit was saying/yelling!! Had almost no room to park as other unit had 4 cars in driveway. Had to almost park in grass to be off street! Wanted earlier checkin and was refused. Need to be more flexible with tenants schedules!

Clean, great host, cozy, good price

Fireplace didn't work, kitchen could be a little better equipped (kettle, mixing bowls, cutting boards)

Loved the nice open space for gathering. It is adorable, clean, and comfortable!

Loved it, however, the dining table chairs are very unsteady. Could use a good tightening or replacing.

The outside of the building needs to be work on.

We had an outing with 2 couples. We found this to be a great place to stay. It had a great open space and was in a quiet area. It was clean and very lovely to stay in.
