"Dirty Room…. Room service needs work!"

Front staff was fantastic and addressed my concerns quickly…. BUT, the cleaning needs better training or an attentive manager. Our room on the service looked great but as we settled in there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor, the counters tops, nightstands and lounge chairs and various dried spills the we had to wipe down. I addressed with the front staff and management they sent room service right up but they did a half ass job cleaning the suite properly. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Everything else was great.

Very nice decor, breakfast was good, super comfortable bed.

We stayed in a room that did not have a completed shower? What kind of stupid design is that? You realize in the winter months the bathrooms are gonna be very cold, in May it was bad enough, also the floors are gonna need to be replaced a lot faster with the water escaping out the open area.
